Renunciation, registered at Edinburgh, 15 June 1615, by George Gordoun of Barskeoch and Alexander Wauch in Liftingstane, in favour of John McDowell of Logane, of the 5 merkland of Kirkbryde, in the barony of Logane and parish of Kirkmadin redemmed by Logan paying 1260 merks. The lands had been disponed to the deceast Alexander Gordoun of Barskeoch, uncle to the said George and Alexander had assigned the wadset to the deceast Alexander Wauch then his servitor to whom the said Alexander Wauch had been served as nearest heir.
