Charter by John McDowell of Logan, narrating contract dated at Staniekirk, 28 April last between himself on the one part, Alex. Agnew of Croach on behalf of Janet Agnew, daughter to the deceast Quintin Agnew of Killumquha on the second part and Walter Agnew, son of the deceast Nivin Agnew on the third part, - in favour of the said Walter Agnew and his heirs male in feu, in the 33/4d. lands of Killumquha in the parish of Kirkmadin, formerly belonging to the said Janet Agnew and resigned by her at Killumquha for new infeftment to the said Walter, to hold the said 33/- (sic) lands of Killumquha called Killumquha-Agnew in feu of the granter rendering £5:2:4.
