Title |
Assignation by Alexander McCulloch younger of Muille to Mr James Dalrymple of Killoch clerk of session narrating bond by Sir Godfrey McCulloch of Myrtoun with Mr. William McCulloch advocate and James McCulloch of Muille "my" father as cautioners dated 12th Feb. 1684 for 3,200 merks, and now seeing that Dalrymple had consented to supersede execution thereof the said Alexander now corroborates that bond and by way of security assignes to him a similar sum contained in a bond for a larger sum being the price of lands sold by James McCulloch of Muille to Patrick McDowell of Logan and Robert McDowell younger thereof - the lands being Portincorkie and Inshanks.
