Title |
Contract betwixt Robert Adair of Kinhilt patron of the parish church of Kirkmadin taking burden for John Quhgtfuird of Balloch backsman of the same on the one part and Alexander McDowell of Logan on the other part agreeing Alexander should have the teinds of his lands in the parish, all as specified, valued to the sum of 400 merks and no more. In return for the consent of the patron and tacksmen Alexander is to pay to the said Robert Adair 403 merks yearly and Alexander is to value no other lands in Kirkmadin save those specified |
