Creator name |
Killearnan United Free Church originated as a Free Church, formed at the Disruption when the minister and almost all of his congregation left the established church. It passed to the United Free Church, but the buildings were allocated to the Free Church and a new church and manse had to be erected. The Church of Scotland charge, Redcastle, was in the presbytery of Chanonry and Dingwall and the synod of Ross, Sutherland and Caithness. It united with the former United Free charge as Killearnan in 1933. |
