Description |
The Kirk Session of St. Boswells St. Modan?s was established within the Free Church in 1843. In 1900, it became part of the Presbytery of Galashiels within the United Free Church, and in 1929, part of the Presbytery of Melrose within the Church of Scotland. In 1940, it was united with St. Boswells Old under the name of St. Boswells. In 1981, it was linked with Mertoun, and since 1994, with Maxton and Mertoun. |
