Edinburgh, St Luke's Free Church began at the Disruption, when the minister and congregation of the parish church of that name adhered to the Free Church. A church building was erected in Queen St in 1852. The congregation united with Tolbooth Free Church as Edinburgh Queen Street in 1891. The Free Church charge was in the presbytery of Edinburgh and the synod of Lothian and Tweeddale. |
