Young Street Church, Glasgow, began with Free Church mission work in the Bellgrove area in 1852. The new church in Young Street was opened in 1858 as Young Street Free (later United Free) Church. It terminated in 1937 on uniting with Bellgrove as Bellgrove and Young Street, and the church was demolished in the same year. As a Church of Scotland charge it was in the presbytery of Glasgow and the synod of Clydesdale. |
