During the year 1869 the congregation of Crieff South United Presbyterian was united to that of Crieff North United Presbyterian and it was agreed that regular worship should continue within the more commodious North Church. The united session, which sat within the Presbytery of Perth, continued under the name of Crieff United Presbyterian and in 1884 a new church was erected. In 1900, at the union of the United Presbyterians and the Free Church, Crieff United Presbyterian was renamed Crieff North United Free Church and following the 1900 union of the Church of Scotland and the United Free Church, Crieff United Free became Crieff North Church of Scotland. In 1955 Crieff North was joined with the charge of Crieff West, under the name of Crieff St Andrew's. |
