Following the union between the United Free Church of Scotland and the Church of Scotland in 1929, Jamaica United Free, which came under the authority of the Foreign Mission Committee (who were responsible for the church's mission work around the world) , became Jamaica Church of Scotland. The congregation was led by a succession of United Free Church and Church of Scotland Missionaries and the kirk session met regularly in Kingston and also in Montego Bay. |
