The Mission Presbytery of the United Free Church in South Africa met on Wednesday 20 January 1920 and was constituted. As stated by Act of General Assembly anent Mission Presbyteries, there was a requirement for a Presbytery of the United Free Church of Scotland to be established in each Mission area which sat under a mission council, and that that presbytery should be distinct from any presbytery which may exist, or be formed in connection with any other church . |
