East Park Free Church began as a Mission in 1873 with sanction being granted in 1877. At the uniting of the Free Church and the United Presbyterian Church in 1900, the charge became know as East Park United Free Church, passing to the Esablished Church in 1929 under the name of East Park Church of Scotland.
