Scone Free Church was formed at the Disruption, with a church built in 1844 (replaced 1887). It passed successively to the United Free Church, as Scone Abbey, and the Church of Scotland, and united with Scone West as Scone in 1952. The Church of Scotland charge was in the presbytery of Perth and the synod of Perth and Stirling. |
