Admin history

Busby West Church originated with the formation of a Secession congregation in 1835, with a church, in Church Road, Busby, built the following year. It became successively Busby Secession, Busby United Presbyterian and Busby West United Free Church. It was linked with Busby East in 1975. As a Church of Scotland charge it was in the presbytery of Glasgow and the synod of Clydesdale.
