St Peter?s United Free Church, Glasgow, originated at the Disruption, when the minister of the existing St Peter?s Church and most of his congregation left the established church. In 1850 they settled in a new church in Blythswood Street at Waterloo Street. The church terminated in 1909 on uniting with St George?s United Free as St George?s and St Peter?s United Free. The building was later purchased for the use of the Highlanders? Memorial Church. |
