Fetterangus United Presbyterian Church originated in 1880 as a mission station, congregated in 1883. The first minister was ordained in 1893. It passed to the United Free Church, but was vacant from 1915 to 1920, when it was linked with Old Deer. In 1924 it was linked with Clola as Clola and Fetterangus, which passed to the Church of Scotland as Deer Clola. The United Free charge was in the presbytery of Deer and the synod of Aberdeen. |
