Glenbervie Free Church was formed at the Disruption and acquired a church building soon afterwards, replaced on the same site in 1850. It passed to the United Free Church and the Church of Scotland, in the latter case as Glenbervie East, which united with Glenbervie West as Glenbervie in 1933. The Church of Scotland charge was in the presbytery of Brechin and Fordoun and the synod of Angus and Mearns. |
