Admin history

Ardclach Free Church was formed soon after the Disruption, with a minister settled in 1844 and a church and manse thereafter. It passed successively to the United Free Church and the Church of Scotland, in the latter case as Ardclach North, which united with Ardclach South as Ardclach in 1933. The Church of Scotland charge was in the presbytery of Inverness and the synod of Moray.
