The kirk session of Edinburgh Trinity College and Moray-Knox was established in 1930 when the two charges were united together. After the union the former Moray-Knox church and hall were sold to the Home Board in 1947 and the Church in Jeffrey Street was demolished to make way for offices, but the apse, which had been constructed with stones from the old Trinity College was preserved and remains in the care of the District Council. A further union later followed in 1959 with Lady Glenorchy's South, under the name of Edinburgh Holy Trinity. |
