The medieval church was appropriated to the Archdeaconry of Lothian and was dedicated to St Mungo. Ministry began in 1568 in the person of Adam Letham (Lichton, Leighton), minister. Throughout its existence the session was within the jurisdiction of Edinburgh Presbytery. The Session house was completed in 1953. |
