Possilpark (I) Church, Glasgow, began with mission work from Maryhill in 1877. A church, in Bardowie Street at Ardoch Street, was dedicated in 1886 and the parish disjoined six years later. It terminated in 1975 on uniting with Rockvilla as Possilpark (II). It was in the presbytery of Glasgow and the synod of Glasgow and Ayr (later Clydesdale). |
