The church of Tibbermore, which was dedicated to St Mary, was formerly a mensal parish of the Bishop of Dunkeld. Ministry of the session is recorded from 1561 in the person of Alexander Young. In 1977 Tibbermore formed a union with the session of Almondbank St Serf's under the name of Almondbank Tibbermore. The Kirk session sits within the Presbytery of Perth. |
