Admin history

Fintry Church was dedicated to St Moden. In 1453-1454 it was annexed to the Collegiate Church at Dunbarton and was in the Presbytery of Dumbarton. Fintry was linked between 1959 and 1967 with Balfron South. In 1994 it was again linked with Balfron, it was by that time in the Presbytery of Stirling.
