Thornliebank Woodlands Church, Renfrewshire, began as a church extension charge and was disjoined from Eastwood as Thornliebank quoad sacra parish in 1892. The church building, in Woodlands Road, Thornliebank, dates from 1890. The congregation terminated in 1977 on uniting with Thornliebank Spiersbridge as Thornliebank, which continues to worship in the Woodlands Road building. It was in the presbytery of Glasgow and the synod of Glasgow and Ayr (later Clydesdale). |
