On 6 November 1949 MacMillan kirk session unites with Calton Relief kirk session to become MacMillan Calton. In 1961 the congregation unites with St Luke's to be known as Calton New. It then unites with St John's Chalmers in 1963 and with Greenhead Barrowfield in 1971 each time retaining the name of Calton New. It linked with St Andrew's in 1976 and joined with it in 1992 to be known as St Luke's and St Andrew's. |
