The church of Morham, which was rebuilt in 1724, formerly existed as a prebend of the Collegiate Church of Bothans and ministry of the session is recorded from 1565, in the person of John White, reader. In 1951 Morham established a link with the charge of Garvald, however this arrangement was later terminated in 1957 in favour of a union between the sessions, under the name of Garvald and Morham. The united session was later linked, in 1980, with Haddington West. The kirk session sat within the Presbytery of Haddington, later of Haddington and Dunbar and , following the restructuring of the Presbyteries in 1976, became part of the Presbytery of Lothian. |
