Admin history

A chapel was built in Norrieston in 1650 and the parish was disjoined from Port of Menteith, Kincardine-in-Menteith and Kilmadock in 1877. A church was built in 1879. In 1929 the former United Free Church was united with the Norrieston congregation and the name Norrieston was retained. The church was linked to Kincardine-in-Menteith 1952-1958 and 1964-1994, to Callander St Bride's 1958-1964, and to Kippen from 1997.
