The parish church of Braes of Rannoch was erected in 1855 and the parish was later disjoined from that of Kinloch-Rannoch and of Fortingal on the 16th March 1885. In 1955 Braes of Rannoch was joined with Kinloch-Rannoch once again when the two charges were linked and a later linkage followed with Foss and Rannoch. The kirk session sat within the Presbytery of Weem and later of Dunkeld, until the restructuring of the Presbyteries in 1976, when it became part of the Presbytery of Dunkeld and Meigle. |
