Cowlairs Church, Glasgow, began with a newly built church in Gourlay Street, Springburn, in 1890, and became a quoad sacra parish, disjoined from Springburn and Maryhill in 1899. It terminated in 1965 on uniting with Somerville as Cowlairs Somerville. It was in the presbytery of Glasgow and the synod of Glasgow and Ayr (later Clydesdale). |
