The medieval church was appropriated to the Priory of St Andrews and was dedicated to St Ninian. Ministry began in 1560 in the person of John Christison, minister. The church was rebuilt in 1782 and was further restored in 1903. Throughout its existence the session was within the jurisdiction of Fordoun Presbytery. |
