The Kirk Session of Boddam was established in 1881when the parish of Boddam was disjoined from Peterhead and Cruden and erected as a quoad sacra parish. The parish church had previously been erected here in 1865. In 1991 Boddam united with the session of Peterhead West Associate, under the name of Peterhead Trinity. The kirk session sat within the Presbytery of Deer, until the restructuring of the Presbyteries in 1976, when it became part of the Presbytery of Buchan. |
