Garscube Netherton Church, Glasgow, began as a church extension charge under Anniesland Cross Kirk Session, with a church built in 1949. It became a quoad sacra parish, but was almost immediately terminated in 1953 on uniting with St Matthew?s Highlanders? Memorial as Netherton St Matthew?s. It was in the presbytery of Glasgow and the synod of Clydesdale. |
