The medieval church was dedicated to St Breandan and was appropriated to St Giles, Edinburgh. Ministry began in 1561 in the person of John Moncreiff, vicar and exhorter. Throughout its existence the session has been within the jurisdiction of Perth Presbytery. In April 1930 the session united with the United Free Church session of Bridge of Earn. On 4 April 1982 the session linked with Forgandenny. |
