1471, December 16. Precept of sasine by John, Abbot of Scone, vicar general of Patrick, Bishop of St. Andrews, directed to John Erskyne of Dwne and David Rossy of that ilk as bailies of barony of Rescoby, in favour of Robert Grahame of Fintre, of lands of Kynnel and Cukstone in barony of Rescoby, following on resignation of Andrew Cant and William Bonar of Rossy. Fragment of seal appended.
1489, May 12. Sasine in favour of John Gardin, of Bourrosfeld of lands of Kynnel and mills thereof, following on precept by William, Archbishop of St. Andrews.
1493/4, February 24. Charter by John Gardin of Burrowfeld to James, Lord Ogilvy of Erly, of lands of Kynnell and mills. Witnesses: James Ogstoune; Patrick Striueling; Almeric Halden, chaplain; George Ramsay; Alexander Ogilvy; Mr. George Striueling of Breky; sir David Ogilvy, rector of Newdosk, and Richard Striueling, notary public. Seal appended.
1497, May 10. Precept of clare constat by John, prior of St. Andrews, in favour of David Grayme, as son and heir of deceased Robert Grayme of Fintre, of half and 24th parts of Kynnell and fourth part of Kukstoune. Vicar general's seal appended, perfect.
