1. 1695, November 12.
Memorandum regarding measurements of lands in Crookieden and Whytmyre.
2. 1696, June 15.
Depositions regarding the lands and rights of pasturing pertaining to lands of Westertoun belonging to Sir David Carnegie of Pittarrow, and to lands of Blackfoordhouse possessed by John Jelly, present tenant thereof.
3. 1697, June 14.
Declaration by Thomas Rennie in Pitter, gardener, and Alexander Pickieman in Drumtochty, regarding their measurement of the Greenmyre belonging to Wester Pittarrow and Blackfuirdhouse.

Depositions regarding illegal wood cutting in the woods of Mergy.
7. 1700, September 3.
Procuratory by Sir David Carnegie of Pittarrow to John Murisone to represent Sir David at the next head court of the regality of Aberbrothock and to protest if Sir David was called by virtue of his lands of Balfeich and others since he held these lands in tax-ward of the King. In dorso is the instrument of protest following thereon, dated 9 October, 1700. Enclosed is receipted account by John Murisone for legal services.
8. 1681-1706.
Papers (28) relating to financial transactions and accounts between Sir David Carnegie of Pittarrow and his law agent in Edinburgh Henry Graham, W.S., and to negotiations between Sir David and Marion Hamilton, wife of Henry, and James Graham, advocate, nephew of Henry, after said Henry's decease for settlement of accounts.
9. 1695-1698.
Papers (13) relating to actions by Charles, Earl of Southesk, against Sir David Carnegy of Pittarrow, for recovery of sums paid by Lord Southesk on Sir David's behalf.
10. 1652-1688.
Bond and relative papers (19) relating to financial affairs of Carnegie of Pittarrow. [Note: it is probable that these bonds were productions in No. 9 above.]
11. 1702-1706.
Papers (23) relating to the theft of cattle from William Falconer, tenant of Sir David Carnegie of Pittarrow in lands of Hobseatt, and action by Sir David against Callum McGreigor of Dellfad in Glengairden `a kynd of outlaw' who had entered into a contract with Sir David for recovery of the cattle. The papers include letters from Callum and from Lieutenant Colonel Keith, commanding officer at Fort William.
