Instrument of sasine in favour of Elizabeth Mateland as one of the heirs of Sir Patrick Mateland of Natirdule, her deceased father, of half the lands of Pettinbrunzan, sheriffdom of Banff, 10 June 1467. Witnesses: John Duff, burgess of Culane, sir Gilbert Williamson, vicar of Rothwen, John Culane, bailie of Culane, Thomas Duff, David Nicholson, Andrew Stephan and Christian, Robert and John Rede, sergeants of Culane. Notary: Robert Leis, presbyter of Aberdeen. One tag, fragment of seal.
Extract act of the town council of St. Andrews, with consent of the craftsmen of the town, ordaining that any craftsman disobeying his deacon should pay a fine of 1 lb. of wax to his craft's altar and that any craftsman refusing to collect the 'weekly penny' should pay a fine equivalent to the preceding week's collection, 26 May 1524.

Charter by Brother John Gresoun, professor of Sacred Theology, prior provincial of the Dominican Order in Scotland and prior of the convent of the same order in St. Andrews, to Thomas Williamsoun, of 4 acres of arable land called St. Katherine's Hauch, near the burgh of Cupar, as heir of tailzie to his deceased uncle, Thomas Williamsoun senior, burgess of Cupar, 25 Jan. 1564/5. One tag, no seal.
Instrument of sasine by James, commendator of St. Andrews, in favour of Andrew Carstairs in St. Andrews and Margaret Dawglose, his spouse, of two acres of land belonging to the priory, 8 Dec. 1571.
Instrument of sasine and resignation for infeftment by Mr Alexander Sibbald, bailie of St. Andrews, of Robert Raett, son of deceased David Rait in St. Andrews, of a tenement of land on the south side of Market Street (vici foralis), and resignation of the same by the said David in favour of William Sibbald, son of John Sibbald in St. Andrews, 2 Sept. 1573.
Charter by Walter Barclay of Bathnagoak to Alexander Lumisdene at Bridge of Don, of the shadow half of the lands of Bathnagoak in the barony of Schewes, Aberdein, 30 Oct. 1576. One tag, seal of granter slightly damaged. Charter endorsed with instrument of sasine following thereon, 12 Nov. 1576.
Letters of reversion by George Keith and Janet Johnstoun, his spouse, in favour of William Hay of Urie and John Hay, his son, of the lands of Balnagubs in the barony of Urie, sheriffdom of Kincardine, on payment of £100 Scots and tack for nine years, Fetteresso, 18 Aug. 1578. One tag, seal of John Keith, the granter's father.
Instrument narrating that John Inglis of Strathtyrum, appearing before the provost and bailies of St. Andrews to explain by what right he pastured his horses on the North Hauch of St. Andrews without licence, claimed that he had a written title granted 'lang off befoir' to pasture four horses and promised to produce evidence to that effect, under penalties herein specified, 19 June 1579.
Act by the provost and council of the burgh of Crail, granting to the websters of the burgh the same privileges enjoyed by the websters in Edinburgh and other Scottish burghs, 6 Mar. 1588.
Feu contract by way of indenture by the town council of St. Andrews to Thomas Lundye, treasurer, and other citizens of the town, of the South Hauch of St. Andrews, 2 Apr. 1595.
