Note:- Willlam Lundy [Lundie], who was a son of Sir John by a former marriage, had a royal charter of Benholm to him and his spouse on 4 May 1469, of which a Transumpt is preserved among the Lundin [Lundie] charters at Drummond Castle. 4 Jan 1485/1486 This record is Open.

At Montrose. Robert Lundy's [Lundie] seal and his father's are entire. Two other seals lost. Note:- Subsequent Writs show that the grant to Isabel (or Elizabeth) Erskine was made in contemplation of her marriage to Robert Lundy [Lundie]. 22/7/1495 This record is Open.
GD4/16 Instrument upon the resignation by John Lundy [Lundie], lawful son of John Lundy [Lundie] of that ilk knight, of all claim that he might have to any moveable goods by the decease of his mother or of Mr. George Lundy [Lundie] his brother german. He swears upon the Gospels not to trouble his father or his father's then wife and their children in judgement or otherwise; and to desist from "sornyng of pure folk" especially in the parish of Largo (within which Lundin [Lundie] itself lies), and not to remain there beyond one night or two at most, unless he be dwelling honestly with a master who has his residence there; declares that he has made no assignation of his said rights, or if he has, hereby revokes it; and in the event of his contravening the above, renounces the pension of 10 merks which his father has promised him in consideration thereof. Done before the Official of St. Andrews principal who interponed his authority thereto, in the said Official's chamber in St. Andrews. The greater part of the orficial's seal remains. 25/10/1495 This record is Open.
