Plan relative to Disposition by LEWIS AND HARRIS WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED, Lever House, Blackfriars, London, and Joint Liquidators thereof, with consent of Executors of William Hesketh, Viscount Leverhulme of the Western Isles To John Luke Venables, Swattenden, Cranbrook, Kent of, inter alia, (I.) the northern half of the lands and Estate of HARRIS connected with the southern half by an Isthmus at or near the Town or Village of TARBERT and separated from said southern half by West Loch Tarbert and East Loch Tarbert and by a line across said Isthmus from the point of the Quay at West Tarbert along the south side of the Road to the point of the south-west Quay at East Tarbert, and also the various Islands after mentioned surrounding said northern half on the west, south, south-east and north-east, viz., the Islands of Scarp and Floda or Fladday and Castre or Kearstay Islands, to the west of said northern half, the Islands of Little Soay, Big Soay and Isay, in West Loch Tarbert, the Islands of Scalpay, Scotisvay or Scotasay and Stigay or Stiughay and surrounding Islands called the Kyles of Scalpay, all in East Loch Tarbert, the south-west half of Island Seaforth otherwise called Mulag and Island Rainigatel or Rainigadale in Loch Marig or Trollamarig, on the east or north-east side of said northern half, and all other small Islands or Rocks lying round the sides of said northern half, in Parish of Harris, described in Disp. to Edward Henry Scott, afterwards Sir Edward Henry Scott, recorded 15th Nov. 1871 (under exception of the 6 Areas of ground excepted in Disp. to said Company of said northern half of Harris, recorded 8th Dec. 1919) ; and (II.) the right and interest of Her late Majesty in and over the Foreshore and Bed of the Sea below high water mark, extending 110 Feet Seawards in a south-westerly direction, with a width of 106 Feet, between the School and Dwellinghouse and the Free Church Manse at Tarbert, in said Island of Harris, delineated on Plan annexed to Feu Disp. by the Board of Trade to said Sir Edward Henry Scott, dated 17th, and minuted in Chancery 22nd Jun. 1875 (excepting and reserving as mentioned in said Feu Disp.), with Teinds and the Foreshore of said lands and others, Mines and Minerals, Oyster Beds and Salmon Fishings in the Lochs, Rivers and Streams on said lands and Islands and in the Sea ex adverse thereof and in Loch Resort ex adverso of portion of the adjoining lands of Morsgail and the Crofting lands of Uig, &c., and said Grantors' right and interest whether of Superiority or Property in and to said lands and others (under declaration that the Fishings in Loch Resort are bounded on the north by the northern Shore of Loch Resort and by a line drawn westwards to the open Sea so as to pass north of Kearstay or Castre Islands, and that the Fishings in West Loch Tarbert and East Loch Tarbert are bounded on the south by a line crossing said Isthmus between the southern and northern halves of Harris and passing south of the Island of Isay, in West Loch Tarbert and south of the Island of Scotasay, in East Loch Tarbert).
