Plan of the area showing buildings in block plan. Gardens and land plots marked. Pictorial view of Beacon rock proposed to be removed. Other lighthouse shown. Pictorial elevation of ship in the sea. Waves shown in grey wash. Note giving details of letters marked on the plan, with pictorial drawing of a fish. Golfing ground noted.
