Assignation by Robert Innes of that ilk and of Cromye (son of Alexander Innes of Crommye, who was assignee of Alexander Innes of Plaidis in the letters of reversion after specified) to George Sinclar (Sinclair) of Mey and Margaret Forbes, his spouse, of the reversions etc. following:- (1) reversion by William Dunnwne to William McCulloch of Plaidis, on Petagartie, 8 March 1536; (2) reversion by same to same, on Ballacuith, Petneillie and Plaidis, 25 May 1539; (3) renunciation by same to Thomas McCulloch, son of the said William, following on (2), 17 August 1547; (4) reversion by Alexander Ross of Litill Tarrell to Alexander Innes of Plaidis, on Skardie and Balletherie, 24 January 1572; (5) reversion by Thomas Ross in Innercaslay to Alexander Innes of Plaidis, on an oxgang in Plaidis, 4 December 1568; (6) another reversion on an oxgang in Plaidis, by Robert Monro Hectourson (Hectorson), indweller in Carbustill, to Alexander Innes of Plaiddis, 9 March 1562; (7) another reversion by same to same, 14 February 1566; (8) reversion on an oxgang in Plaidis by Adam Hay in Cambuscurry to Alexander Innes of Plaidis, 10 April 1567; (9) another reversion by same to same, 28 May 1570; (10) another reversion by same to same, on a piece of land in Catboll, 11 December 1576; (11) renunciation by same to same, undated. |
