Arrangement This list was first prepared as Survey 1021 of the National Register of Archives (Scotland). In order to preserve the original numbering of the documents the references under GD364 have been divided into four sections. Section 1 consists of bundles of loose documents, Section 2 of MS. volumes, Section 3 of printed volumes and Section 4 of a small number of plans. Thus, for example, Bundle 397 should be called for as GD364/1/397 and Printed Volume 87 as GD364/3/87. The section numbers are given in the catalogue.
