Charter granted in implement of GD3/1/3/5/16 by William Cunningham of Clonbeith with the consent of his spouse and son in favour of Daniel Cunynghame and Mary Wallace, his spouse and the longest liver of them two during all the days of their lives etc of half the foresaid lands of Clonbeith and Darmule and to William Cuninghame, their son and Jean Cuninghame, his spouse and the longest liver of them two in conjunct infeftment and their heirs etc of the other half of the foresaid lands; to hold of him, his heirs and successors in free blench farm for payment yearly of a penny Scots at the feast of Whitsunday on the ground of the said lands in name of blench farm if asked only
