Description |
Whereby the said Master and his son wadset to the said John the town and lands of Craigneatie with forest and woods thereof, under reversion for £1000 Scots. Innerquhoratie, Acharrache, Forther, Alyth, 13 Mar 1602. Another contract in the same terms. Charter a me following thereon, the lands to be held of the Crown. Forther, Acharrachie, Kirk of Lenthrathin, 13 Mar 1602. [2 tags]. Charter de me of the same date. [2 tags, seals gone]. Instrument of sasine following thereon. 13 Mar 1602. [Registered Sec. Charter by the said William Farquharsoune in implement of contract of marriage, dated 8 March 1633, between the said William and William Farquharsone, his son, on the one part and Thomas Ogiluy of that Ilk, Margaret Heriott, his spouse and Isobel Ogiluy, their daughter, on the other part, whereby the said William, elder, is bound to infeft his son in the lands of Craigneatie and the third part and sixth part of the town and lands of Pitlochrie, reserving to the said William, elder, his liferent rights furth of the said lands.
