Title |
Tack by Leonard, commendator of Cowper, to William Macknucoll in Littill Forter in Glenylay for his lifetime and thereafter to Ellspeth Broun, his spouse and John Macknucoll, their son, the longer liver of them two, for 19 years, of the 'teindschawis and wicareges vtherwayis callit hallowbrok .......' of the half town and lands of Littill Forter in Glenylay. Boughall, 10 August 1590. Assignation by William Ferquharsoun in Cragneatie, eldest son and heir of deceased John Ferquharsoun, sometime in Craigneatie and the said William Maknicoll, Elspeth and John to James, Lord Ogiluy of aforesaid tacks. Airlie, 22 February 1618. [Extract] Decreet by the commissioners for plantation of kirks, following on decree of modification of the stipend of the kirk of Glenilay which is to be augmented from the half town and lands of Litleforter and the town and lands of Craignietie, and narrating foresaid tacks; to which 2 tacks James, now Lord Ogilvie, having right, the commissioners set them to him with additional terms. 19 June 1618.
