Charter of confirmation by Murdach, duke of Albany, earl of Fife and of Menteth, governor of Scotland, of charter, 13 December 1421, by Alexander of Lindesai, earl of Craufurde, to David Lyndesay, his eldest son, and specified heirs, of 100 merks of the great customs of burgh of Aberdeen, 40 merks of burgh fermes of said burgh, with office of sheriff thereof, annualrent of 13 merks from burgh of Banf with lands of Bauchlouch in sheriffdom of Banf, barony of Oures, lordship of Neudosk, in sheriffdom of Kincardyn, lordship of Glenesk, with advocation of church of Lethnot and chaplaincy of Dalbolge, 40 merks of the great customs of burgh of Montrosse, lordship of Innerarite, with advocation of church thereof, barony of Douny, lordship of Guthry, lordship of Futhnevin and forest of Platarie, lordship of Clova, lordship of Ruthuen and advocation of four chaplaincies of altar of St George in parish church of burgh of Dunde, with advocation of chaplaincy of altar of All Saints in said church, and a house in Dunde on north side of said church in vennel of the Friars, in sheriffdom of Forfare, lordship of Miggil, lordship of Melginche, lordship of Aberbothry, lordship of Lethnot, lordship of Carnbady, lordship of Baltrody, and tenement in burgh of Perth, in the Watirgate, on east side thereof, in sheriffdom of Perth, lordship of Carnbow and of Neuhal in constabulary of Carale, 28 December 1421. Seal damaged on tag, in blue silk bag with a red ribbon.
