Instrument of sasine following on precept under quarter seal, 5 March a.r. 4, in favour of Duncan Campbell of Glenurquha, of 10 merkland of Le Port of Lochtay, with island thereof, and fishing in Lochtay, 8 merkland at the east end of Eddyrgole, next lands of Balloch, 4 merk 6s 8d land of Callillochane, in lordship of Deschor and Toyer, sheriffdom of Perth, 12 March 1491/2. Notary: Maurice McNachten, priest Dunkeld diocese. Sheriff of Perth in that part: Robert Menzies of Cumre. Precept addressed to sheriffs of Perth in that part: John Campbel, Robert Menzeis of Cumre, Donald Campbell and Duncan Charteris. Witnesses: John Campbel of Lawar, John Menzeis and the other John, his brother, sons of Robert Menzies of Comre, Maurice McNachtane, John Campbel, William Jonsone, sir Gilbert Duncanson, vicar perpetual of Kilmertin, and sir Dougal Jonesone, clerk and notary. Seal on tag.

Precept under quarter seal in favour of Duncan Campbell of Glenurquha, of 10 merkland of Le Port of Lochtay with island thereof, fishing of Lochtay, 8 merklands at east end of Eddergole next lands of Balloch and 4 merks 6s 8d lands of Callilloquhane in lordship of Deschore and Toyer, sheriffdom of Perth, 'Apud nostrum novum castrum in Kyntyr', 4 July a.r. 11 (1498). Tongue, seal gone. Sheriffs of Perth in that part: Dougal Johnesoun, John Donaldsoun, John Wilsoun and Robert Menzeis.
3. Instrument of sasine following on precept, no 2, 15 September 1498. Notary: Maurice Johnesone, priest, Dunkeld diocese. Witnesses: William Johnesone, Archibald filio Negelli (MacNeil), Donald McFergus, John Campbele and Donald McNab.
4. Copy contract between Colin Campbell of Glenurquhay, on one part, and Marion Edmestoun, relict of John Campbell of Glenurquhay, Christine and Marion Campbell, daughters and heirs of said deceased John, with consent of Edward Reddocht of Cultebragane, their curator, on other part, whereby said Marion gives up to said Christine and Marion her conjunct fee of £15 worth of land of the Port of Lochtay, with the place, isle and fishings of the same, in lordship of Descher and Toyer, and £8 land of Ardbayicht and Dery with Mill thereof, in stewartry of Stratherne, without prejudice of her liferent therein, so that her said daughters may enter thereto as heirs of said deceased John, and thereafter they are to dispone said lands to said Colin, reserving their mother's liferent, and they oblige themselves to dispone to said Colin by the first of May next to come, the superiority of £8 land of Drumlart and Blairvoyak, in earldom of Menteith, said sheriffdom, said Marion giving said Colin a tack of her conjunct lands, for her lifetime except £8 land of Ardbaycht and Derye, (blank) 1557. 5. Charter by Christina Campbell, one of two daughters and heirs of deceased John Campbell of Glenurquhay, with consent of Edward Reidheugh of Cultebragan, her curator, to Colin Campbell of Glenurquhay, her uncle, of half ten merkland of Lie Port of Lochtay with half island and fishing thereof, island and loch of Lochtay, half 8 merkland of easter end of Eddirogoll next lands of Balloch, and half four merk 6s 8d land of Collelloquhane, 11 December 1558. Witnesses: John McCoule of Dunollycht, Duncan Campbell of Glenlyoun, Alexander Hume fiar of Lundeis, Patrick Eviot of Balhoussy, Alexander Ruthven, prebendary of Forgoune, and David Hume. Two seals on tags.

9. Charter by Marion Campbell, on which precept no. 7 should have followed, 29 December 1558. Witnesses: James Campbell of Lawers, Duncan Campbell of Glenlyoun, John Campbell of Morthlie, Patrick Eviot of Balhoussy, Robert Menzeis of Comry and Andrew Quhit. Two seals on tags.

Witnesses: Robert Menzeis of Comre, John Menzeis, his brother german, William McOlcallum in Rannocht, Malcolm, his son, Neil McGillebarchane, William Ruthvene and John McCowle VcCavveis. Bailie: John Campbell of Laweris.

12. Bond of manrent by Andrew Quhit to Colin Campbell of Glenurquhay, who has infefted him in annualrent of £20 scots over lands of Port Lochtay and Dalmertyne occupied by James McGregour and John Chapman Boy, in lordship of Deschour and Toyer, sheriffdom of Perth, for good and thankful service made and to be made to said Colin, 2 October 1561.
13. Copy abbreviate of precept of a charter of confirmation by Colin Campbell of Glenurquhart to Jean Stewart, daughter of John, earl of Athol, (his future spouse) in liferent, of 10 merks of lands of 'Portus' of Lochtay with island, on east side of said loch with fishing, and 4 merkland of 8 merkland on west part of Eddergoill adjacent, to lands of Balloch, 4 merk 6s 8d land of Callelopane, in lordship of Discher and Toyer, 25 May 1574. Attested by Henry Sinclair, notary and 'secreti sigilli scribam'.
14. Bond by Duncan Campbell of Glenurquhay to Gavin Hammiltoun, his servitor, to infeft him in liferent in annualrent of 16 bolls, oatmeal, firlot of the burgh of Perth, or else the yearly price of the same, for lands of Ardradanich in Ardtallony in sheriffdom of Perth, and another annualrent of £8 6s 8d of two stones cheese and two stones salt butter from said lands, and Gavin having renounced in favour of said Duncan his liferent tack of 33s 4d land of the Mains of Port of Lochtay, 10 December 1588. Witnesses: John Roy Campbell, natural son to deceased Duncan Campbell of Glenlyoun, Alexander Levingstoun and Thomas Broun, granter's servants. Seal on tag. Cancelled by cutting.
15. Decreet of lords of council in action at instance of David Setoun of Parbrocht, HM Comptroller, v. Sir Duncan Campbell of Glenurquhie, pretended tenant and occupier of 10 merkland of the Port of Lochtay, etc., whereby the lords assoilzie said Duncan, 2 January 1598/9.
16. Charter by Duncan Campbell of Glenurquhay, kt., to Gavin Hammiltoun, his servitor, in liferent, and to John Hammiltoun, his third son, in fee, of annualrent of 200 merks scots from 10 merkland of Lie Port of Lochtay, 31 December 1598. Witnesses: Thomas Broun, Robert Chrystie, John Roy MakGillevollich and William Quhyte, granter's servants. No seal, no tag, nor cut for one.

18. Disposition by Sir Colin Campbell of Glenurquhay, kt., and Dame Julian Campbell, his spouse, to Dame Elizabeth Sinclair, relict of Sir Duncan Campbell of Glenurquhay, kt., said Colin's father, for her lifetime, of isle of Lochtay, with houses, biggings and yards of the Port foreanent said isle, Ailhouss and Ailhouss crofts, adjacent thereto, 12 July 1631.
