1. Original of charter GD112/2/107/1. 17 December 1470. Seal on tag.
2. Another copy of no. 1, attested by Archibald McCarbre, notary.
3. Precept of sasine by Colin, earl of Ergile, in favour of Colin Campbell of Glenurquhay, kt., his grandson, in lands in lordship of Lorn, 17 December 1470. Bailies in that part: John Campbell of Duntroun, John Campbell of Barbrek, John Rewnaldy of Corbaran, malcolm McCorkadil of Fanetelan, John McGregore of Stronmelachan, Ewan McCorkadil and Christian McAlare of Ardare. Two seals, one damaged, on tags.
4. Precept of sasine by Colin, earl of Argyll, in favour of Sir Colin Campbell of Glenurchay, kt., his grandson, of a third part of lands of Lesmore and a third part of Appine, a third part of Beanedirdalocht, a third part of Lower Lorne, a third of Medil Lorne, and a third prt of Upper Lorne lying in lordship of Lorne, sheriffdom of Perth, 17 December 1470. Bailies in that part as in no. 3. Seal damaged on tag.
5. Incomplete procuratory by Colin, earl of Ergyle, appointing John Campbell of Duntroun, John Campbell of the Barbrek, John Ranaldson of Corbarrane, Malcolm McCorcadale of Fantelane, John McGregor of Stronmelachane, Ewyn Dow McCorcadale and Gilchrist McAlar, to give sasine to Colin Campbell of Glenurquhay, kt., in third part of lordship of Lorne, 18 December 1470. No tag, nor cut for one, no seal.
6. Bond by Colin, earl of Ergyle, to Colin Campbell of Glenurquhay, kt., his grandson, and his son, Duncan Campbell, that they shall have for their lifetimes, freedoms and privileges as stated in copy at GD112/2/107/2. 18 December 1470. No witnesses: no signatures; tongue, no seal.
7. Charter by Colin, earl of Argyll, to Duncan Campbell of Glenurquhay, of a third part of fishing on the water of Aw in lordship of Lorne, a third part of all escheats, donations and presentations to benefices within said lordship, 18 December 1485. Witnesses: John Campbell, Duncan Stuart, sir John Dewar, rector of Lochaw, sir Robert Campbell and Donald Campbell. Seal on tag.
8. Bond by Archibald, earl of Ergile, to Duncan Campbell of Glenurquhay, kt., and his heirs, 'that for sa mekle as the said Duncane haldis of us the third part of the landis of Lorne and as he allegis that he and his airis suld gif sesing of the third part of Alan Youngis landis and of Alexander McCowlis landis ay quhen thai happyne to fall in warde, and we the said Archibalde allegis that we and our airis suld geif the hale sesyng of baytht thai landis, and that the saide Duncane and his airis suld have bot the third part of the profite of the wardis and maryagis of the saidis landis, neithertheless becauss the said mater is undesidyte betuix us and the said Duncan ... We the said Archibalde hav dessyrit the said Duncanis consent for this tyme that we geif the hale sesing the quhilk the said Duncan has grantit, For the quhilkis caus we the said Archibald bindis and oblisses us and our airis to the said Duncane and his airis forsaid to fulfille and keip to the said Duncan and his airis all manner [?of] giftis contrakkis and bandis maid beuix our fader quhame God assolye and the said Duncan and his fader, tuchande the landis and lordschype of Lorne, and that this consent that the said Duncane has gevin to us to gif this sesing for this tyme salbe na hurt na prejudess to the said Duncane rycht na to na poynt nor condessioun contenit in the said contrakkis in ony tyme to cum'. 9. Precept of clare constat by Colin, earl of Argyll, in favour of Colin Campbell, kt., as heir of deceased Duncan Campbell of Glenurchay, kt., his father, who died 'in campo bellico nuper in Northumberland (Flodden)', in a third part of lordship of Lorne, 10 March 1513/14. Tag, seal gone. Signed by granter. Witnesses: George Buchquhannane, grandson and apparent heir of Walter Buchquhannane of that ilk, Archibald Campbell of Glenlioun, James Campbell of Auchareoche, Walter Stewart of Baldorane, Walter Grahme of Lochtone and sir James MakGregour, dean of Argyll. Bailies in that part: Duncan Campbell of Morynche Ester, Lauchlan MakDoule, Duncan MakGregour and Dougal MakAlane.
