The Scottish Association of Directors of Water and Sewerage Services was created on a voluntary basis to allow its members, employees of the former Scottish Regional Councils, to meet on a regular basis to consider legislative, policy and technical matters pertaining to water supply and sewerage services. The organisation was wound up on the creation of the new Scottish Water Authorities in 1995. |
