Witnesses: Patrick Chene of Essilmonth, Patrick Mowate of Boquhelly, Alexander Banerman of Watertoun, Edward Sinclair of Strome, Alexander Innes, constable of Orkney, Thomas Tulloch of Fluris, James Cragy of Burgh, John Randaile of that Ilk, Gilbert Sclater of Burnes, James Cummyng, Henry Frauche, Mr Robert Glen, Henry Reid and Mr Peter Galbraith, notary public, and signed by the bishop, Nicholaus Hawcro, parson of Orphar, Stephen Culros, parson of Stronsay, Peter Houston, parson of Hoy, James Maxwell, parson of St Mary of Sanda, Malcolm Hawcro, archdeacon of Shetland and prebendary of the Holy Trinity, and Magnus Strang, prebendary of St Columba. Bishop's and chapter's seals, both in good condition, attached on tags. |
