Incorporated under Act of 1 June 1829.
Under the Caledonian Railway (Wishaw and Coltness Railway Purchase) Act of 28 July 1849 the company was vested in the Caledonian Railway as from 2 February 1849.
The Caledonian Railway became part of the London Midland and Scottish Railway as from 1 July 1923 under the North Western, Midland and West Scottish Group Amalgamation Scheme 1923 dated 29 June 1923. |
